BERGANKDV ACQUIRES HEARTWOOD INVESTMENTS
BerganKDV is excited to announce they have acquired Waterloo, Iowa based Heartwood Investments as of April 1, 2016. This partnership brings together two firms with a strong history of client-centric investment management. Heartwood adds a distinct, global equity investment process to the advisory services offered by BerganKDV Wealth Management, LLC.
For BerganKDV this means growing their commitment to helping clients solve complex business, financial and technology challenges with a partner who has a unique process of helping individuals meet their financial goals. This move will give clients access to a deeper level of experts while continuing the personalized attention they’ve come to expect.

Following this merger, BerganKDV will employ around 300 full-time employees. The acquisition of Heartwood Investments will add a Waterloo presence to the firm’s established wealth management division, BerganKDV Wealth Management
